Goat cheese is one of the most delicous cheeses out there… so when I was deciding what to make for lunch today I wondered why not make a goat cheese grilled sandwhich?
- 2 slices of bread
- butter (or) margarine
- Goat cheese (how much you use is really up to you, but remember goat cheese can be rich)
- Spread each side of bread with butter (or) margarine; crumble goat cheese between your slices of bread (butter side down); Cook on medium heat until bread is golden brown.
- Once sandwhich is ready, cut with biscuit cutter or round cookie cutter; sprinkle with basil and drizzle with olive oil. (I used sweet basil and Miller’s Blend Olive Oil from New World Olive Oil)
