So I may have mentioned back in my Tea with Orange Mint post, that I have recently started an herb garden. Well this week we enjoyed a wonderful meal using fresh herbs from our flourishing garden.
The first pizza we created was the fresh herb pizza (inspired from ‘The practical guide to using herbs’) using fresh herbs, some amazing Garlic Olive Oil from Isabella’s and grated & shredded parmesan… and naan bread (our pizza base of choice.)
Next we moved onto the pizza I would be enjoying. Since we didn’t have ‘goat’ options of the other cheese on hand, I had a lovely goat cheese, dill and tomato pizza.
