Tuscan Herb Chickpeas – via The Crescent Olive

Chickpea poppers… It’s not the first time we’ve ever had them… We sampled some before our Spice 101 class at Savory Spice, I bought a bag of Far East’s Falafel Blend from Whole Foods (set the roof of my mouth on fire) and today we received the recipe for these little gems from The Crescent Olive.

Wash and drain 2 cans of chickpeas.
Wash and drain 2 cans of chickpeas.
Mix in 2 tbsp of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
Mix in 2 tbsp of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place on baking sheet, and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and enjoy!
