Jam + Brie = L.O.V.E.

For those of you who know me personally, you already know that appetizers are something I love. In fact, my favorite thing to do is make a meal out of several different appetizers and call it a day. You get a little of this and a little of that, and at the end your foodie palette is completely fulfilled.

Now, why this might not be everyone’s idea of a meal. Some might even shrug it off as ‘cute food,’ you really can’t knock it until you’ve tried it.

So, here’s what made up the foodie’s ideal appetizer ‘lunch’ a few weeks ago. (Just because you’re staying in doesn’t mean you still can’t have some fun.)

Add Jam to cheese/crackers. Heat for 15 seconds in the microwave.

Greek White Bean Dip (for me) & Gorgonzola Artichoke Dip (for mum.)
