Since we’re going to a afternoon tea tomorrow, this Saturday we just went out in the morning to help visualize the beginning of our herb garden for this year. We’ve purchased new pots and fresh soil to help get us started. This year we’re expanding our collection by adding veg and a lot of strawberries (fingers crossed.) It’s still a little early yet, as the weather has been going back and forth, but the current issue of edible Charlotte that I picked up at Reid’s Market earlier this week spurred me into action.
