Easy Appetizer – Pears with Proscuitto & Goat Cheese

This simple appetizer includes three things I enjoy… Pears, Proscuitto and Goat Cheese. It’s extremely easy to make, just slice your pear, crisp up some Proscuitto (450 degrees F for 5-6 minutes depending on elevation) crumbled up some goat cheese and enjoy. To ‘spice’ it up a bit you can add your favorite dried/fresh herb, or drizzle with honey.
