Tapioca is a very simple and quick dessert to make. For this particular recipe we went with the Kraft Minute Tapioca and the recipe located on the side of their box. To change the recipe up a little we added 1 tsp of almond extract instead of vanilla and fructose instead of sugar.
Note: The microwave option is the quickest, just keep a close eye so it doesn’t overflow.
Now for the ingredients for topping our tapioca…
- Orange Chocolate Mexicano by Taza Chocolate (purchased at our local Whole Foods)
- Freshly washed raspberries
First, make sure to wash your raspberries well before adding to the top of your tapioca. Second, grate some of the chocolate over top of the tapioca. (We found that our spice grater worked very well for this!)
