So, we planted some onions, garlic, leeks and garlic/onion chives this year in our little deck garden. They are affectionately known as ‘The Foodie’s Onion Rings.” (Yes, we have a little clay sign and everything.)
Although it was a little too early to harvest, we just couldn’t help ourselves. We pulled one of each. The Onion had grown to 4 times its original size, and the garlic clove we had become a little collation of tiny cloves.
I’m looking forward to seeing how our garlic’s and onions look in another few weeks!
