Hello Fresh

Recently my sister and bro-in-law decided to give the food subscription service, Hello Fresh, a try. So I thought I’d share some of the dishes they created, and their review of the service for those of you who have been giving it some serious consideration.

Here’s how Hello Fresh works…

  • We plan the recipes
  • We local source the ingredients
  • We delivery
  • You cook

The first dish that my bro-in-law cooked up was the Black Bean and Sweet Potato Tacos. All the fresh ingredients you’ll need are in their individual boxes, along with a recipe.

Both my sister and bro-in-law gave this dish 5 out of 5 stars.

The second meal in the box was Jamie’s Baked Ricotta and Tomato Orecchiette. Let’s check out the ingredients.

These are just two of the meals that are included in the box, and it’s up to you how many meals you want per box (3,4 or 5) and how many servings you’re looking for per meal (2,3 or 4.) You can also choose how frequently you receive a box and pause or cancel at any time.
