As with several of our foodie subscription box finds, we had seen both ads on Facebook for Terra’s Kitchen as well as a fellow food bloggers post. The idea of everything coming pre-chopped in a food vessel sounded intriguing (although we love doing our our chopping etc) so we decided why not give it a try.
After you unpack your vessel, you just place it on your front porch and it will be picked up on the next business day.
Ingredients for our Pecan-Crusted Tilaphia with Lemony Fennel-Arugula Salad…
- Dijon Mustard
- Black Olives
- Baby Arugula
- Fennel Root
- Pecan Pieces
Time to preheat our oven to 425. Line a baking tray with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook fish for about 12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
