Close up… the lime and rosemary really bring a lot to the drink.
Add tomatoes, and roll your goat cheese into balls.
Cut all your cherry tomatoes in half.
Multi colored cherry tomatoes are a must for this particular pizza. You want lots of color.
My mum ordered this, and I think I’ll have to order it next time.

The strawberry shortcake was my favorite part of my E2 experience. All of the items for this dessert were local sourced and the taste was mind-blowingly good.

Chicken and Orzo Soup
Naan chips… just slice up some naan bread, place on a lined baking sheet and pop them in the oven at 350F for 8 minutes.

We left for the farmer’s market bright and early so we could get the 8:30 cooking class being given by Chef Geoff Bragg.

National Cupcake Week
The best way for the corn not to get everywhere when you’re removing it from the cob, is to place a inverted bowl in your main mixing bowl. That way the kernels will just fall to the sides.
All of the produce came from the vendors at the market. Don’t those radishes look delicious?
Mix in 2 tbsp of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
